By downloading, accessing, or using Mosaik (the “app” or “service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app or this website.
Use of themosaik.app is also subject to our cookie choices described in the Privacy Policy. Analytics on the website load only if you accept them.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to use Mosaik. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You can use Mosaik without an account. If you create one for sync, you're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Mosaik helps you track habits and view your progress as a grid. We're continuously improving the app, so features may be added, changed, or removed over time. We may also suspend the service for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.
Mosaik is free to use for up to three habits. Mosaik Plus is an optional subscription that unlocks unlimited habits, sync, auto-tracking and more.
You can cancel anytime from your app store account settings; you'll keep Plus until the end of the current period. Refunds are handled by the app store under its policies — we generally can't issue refunds directly, but we're happy to help you reach the right place.
Please use Mosaik lawfully and reasonably. You agree not to:

The Mosaik name, logo, design, and software are owned by us and protected by law. These terms don't give you any right to use our branding except as needed to use the app normally.
Mosaik is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet every expectation. Mosaik is a personal-tracking tool and is not medical, mental-health, or professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mosaik and its team won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the app. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You can stop using Mosaik and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms or use the app in a way that could harm others or the service.
We may update these terms as the app evolves. If changes are material, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Mosaik after an update means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Osijek, Croatia, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply to you.
